Welcome to Istighfar Club! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

Service Description

Istighfar Club is a digital platform designed to help Muslims track and maintain their daily Zikhr practice, particularly the Zikhr recited after the five daily prayers. Our Service provides:

• Prayer and Zikhr tracking functionality
• Progress statistics and visualization
• Community leaderboard features
• Reminders and notifications
• Educational resources about Islamic practices

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained parental or guardian consent to use the Service.

Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You must maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Istighfar Club and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our explicit written permission. The Zikhr phrases, Islamic content, and educational materials are provided for personal spiritual use only.

User-Generated Content

Your tracking data, progress, and any other content you create on the Service ("User Content") remains yours. However, by using the Service, you grant us a license to:

• Store and process your data to provide the Service
• Display your name and statistics on the leaderboard (if you participate)
• Use aggregated, anonymized data for analytics and improvements

You retain the right to delete your content and account at any time.

Privacy

Free Service

Istighfar Club is provided as a free service to support the Muslim community in their spiritual growth. We believe that tools for worship should be accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. We do not charge for access to our core features and have no plans to do so.

Disclaimers and Limitations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• The quality of the Service will meet your expectations
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

Important: While we strive to provide accurate Islamic content, we recommend consulting with qualified Islamic scholars for religious guidance. The Service is a tool to assist your practice, not a replacement for proper Islamic education.

Limitation of Liability
